Little Palma Return Policy

Returns Overview

Little Palma offers returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery, subject to our conditions below. Sale items are final sale and non-returnable unless faulty. All returns must be in original condition with tags attached, unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • Provide the original invoice or order confirmation email for verification.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable except for faulty items.

  • Returns take up to 5 business days to process once received by our team.

  • Contact us at hello@littlepalma.com before returning any items to receive formal approval and instructions.


International Returns & Exchanges (Outside Australia)

Important Note for International Customers: > Due to the high cost of cross-border logistics and international transit, Little Palma does not provide prepaid return shipping labels, nor do we cover or reimburse return shipping costs for international size exchanges or change-of-mind returns. >

Because many of our styles are designed with a relaxed, unisex fit, we heavily emphasize reviewing our detailed Size Guides on each product page before placing an international order to ensure the perfect fit. If you choose to return an eligible international item, you are fully responsible for safely securing tracked return postage back to our Australian headquarters.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to remedies for faulty items or those that do not match your order. If you believe your item is faulty or was mislabeled/incorrectly sent, please report the issue within 7 days of receipt to hello@littlepalma.com with clear photos and a description of the issue.

  • If a genuine fault or packing error is verified, we will arrange a prepaid return label at our expense.

  • Manufacturing faults exclude normal wear and tear, fabric pulls from usage, or improper care/washing.

  • We will refund, replace, or exchange verified faulty items promptly, including original shipping costs.

  • Please inspect all international and domestic parcels immediately upon arrival and notify us of any damages straight away.


Domestic Exchanges (Within Australia)

Exchanges for full-priced domestic items are available within 30 days for size, color, or style—subject to stock availability—provided the items meet all standard return conditions.

  • If your requested exchange item costs more than the original piece, we will invoice you for the difference before shipping.

  • If the replacement item costs less, we will refund the price difference back to your original payment method (excluding shipping).

  • Please notify us via email with your order details to initiate a domestic exchange.


How to Return Your Item

  1. Email hello@littlepalma.com with your order number, specific reason for the return, and clear photos if you are claiming a fault.

  2. Await formal email approval and customized return instructions from our team.

  3. Pack your items securely with all original tags attached and your invoice included.

  4. Send your package via a tracked postal service to our official return address:

We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Little Palma is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit, and non-compliant or unapproved returns may be rejected and sent back to you at your own expense.


Refund Processing

Once your return is physically delivered to our PO box and approved by our team, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Credit Card Payments: Can take up to 10 additional business days to appear on your statement due to standard bank processing times.

  • PayPal Payments: Typically appear instantly up to 3 business days after processing.


Order Cancellations

Because our fulfillment system processes orders rapidly, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed. If you change your mind or need a different size, please follow our standard return process once your eligible items arrive.
